Please be aware that the prices displayed on our website www.gpairconditioning.co.uk include free delivery on all orders over £50.00 in the United Kingdom.
We will provide an estimated delivery date in our Order Confirmation that we send to you. We will make every effort to dispatch orders on the next business day.
Please note that estimated delivery dates may vary according to the availability of Goods, your location and circumstances beyond our control. Unless agreed otherwise, the Goods will be delivered without undue delay and in any case no later than 2-3 working days from the date on which the Agreement has been made.
Delivery will be deemed to have taken place when the Goods have been delivered to the delivery address indicated in your Order and you (or someone identified by you) have taken physical possession of the Goods.
If nobody is at the delivery address to accept the delivery, the courier company will leave a “calling card” advising you to get in touch with them to either arrange redelivery or for you to collect your parcel from them. If the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, then a fee will be due for any further delivery attempts and you will be liable to pay this fee. If you have not contacted the couriers to arrange collection or redelivery of the parcel within 5 working days then the parcel will automatically be returned to GP Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Ltd. In this event you will be liable for costs associated with returning the Goods to us and also for the cost of redelivery to you.
We pack each order carefully and try to ensure that your order is received by you on time and in excellent condition. However, we are not responsible if your goods are lost or damaged in transit.
The ownership of the Goods passes to you once we have received the full payment for the Goods.
GP Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery and accepts no liability whatsoever for costs incurred as a result of delays in delivery.
