You can cancel your order at any time prior to the despatch of the Goods.
Inspect the Delivered Items
Once you receive your order, please thoroughly inspect the items and notify our delivery team at the time of delivery if you notice any damage.
If you notice any damage within 24 hours of receiving the delivery please notify Appliances Online immediately. If you accept delivery of an item and subsequently discover that it is faulty or damaged, do not use the item. Evidence of damage (e.g. pictures) will be requested.
If you need to return an item for any other reason please call Appliances Online customer helpline on 01865987497 within 5 business days of receiving the delivery.
Returns and Refunds
Boxed and unopened items may be returned within 15 days for a full refund. Items must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging and you will have to cover the costs of return freight.
A 10% restocking fee (10% of your purchase price) will apply if you wish to return unboxed but otherwise unused items (i.e. items that have not been connected or used in any way). Appliances Online does not sell factory seconds, damaged or open goods and therefore charges this restocking fee to cover the costs of returning the item to the manufacturer.
Please note that if you have requested connection of your goods Appliances Online will unpack the product for you at the time of delivery. We strongly recommend that you inspect the items thoroughly at the time of delivery.
As a customer you have a duty to care for the product whilst it is in your possession. If products are damaged by you and subsequently returned, a charge will be made to cover the repairs of the product in order to restore it to its original condition.
All refunds will be issued when the Goods have arrived back at Appliances Online warehouse and after they have been inspected by a member of our team. All refunds are credited via your original payment method and will be made within 30 days from our verification of the fault or damage.
